Custom Springs for Your Mechanism

XUBAO specialises in power, constant force, variable force, spiral and cord reel springs, together with spring clips and formed flat parts. We can start with a drawing, a sample or the movement your mechanism needs, then work with you to define the spring geometry, material and operating requirements.

Strip Processing and Material Review

We carry out strip slitting and setting heat treatment in-house. Material options include SUS301, SUS304, SK5, 65Mn and 60Si2Mn; we select the material and process to suit the spring design and application. See our Manufacturing Capability.

Define the Checks That Matter to Your Part

Start with installation space, attachment details, working direction, and force or torque at defined positions. A drawing, annotated sketch or sample can begin the engineering discussion. See the RFQ checklist for the information to prepare.

We have a hardness tester and a spring tensile testing machine, and use a force gauge with a suitable fixture to check spring output. We will agree the measurement conditions, inspection requirements and any reports needed for your part. See Quality and Engineering Checks.
