Manufacturing Capability

We make custom power, constant force, variable force, spiral and cord reel springs, as well as spring clips and formed flat parts. We plan the manufacturing route around the spring’s required output, material, geometry and installation space.

Strip processing and forming

We carry out strip slitting and setting heat treatment in-house. Our forming equipment includes cam-operated and camless spring machines, as well as compression spring machines. We select the forming route for the geometry and operating requirements of each part.

We can provide stamping for suitable spring clips and flat parts. Send the part drawing, material and forming requirements so we can confirm the process and tooling for your order.

Materials and Strip Dimensions

Material options include SUS301, SUS304, SK5, 65Mn and 60Si2Mn. Our flat-strip processing range is 0.1–0.6 mm in thickness and 1–100 mm in width, depending on the product. We confirm the available thickness, width and material combination against your spring geometry and operating requirements.

We also make custom compression and torsion wire springs. Their wire diameter is assessed separately from the flat-strip dimensions above. Industrial leaf springs are assessed individually from your drawing or sample.

Drawing-based and sample-based development

PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP drawings can support engineering review. If a drawing is unavailable, photos or a sample can begin the discussion. Sample-based development needs the installation dimensions and target force or torque as well as the physical part.

Identify the interfaces, working direction, load positions, travel or turns, and quantities. These inputs help establish whether the part fits the available processing route and what needs to be checked on a sample.

Tooling and production planning

First-time custom products generally require tooling. We confirm sample quantity, production MOQ, tooling charges and the schedule after reviewing the design. Order quantity and spring complexity affect production timing, so include both your required quantities and target dates in the enquiry.

Carton packing is available, and wooden-pallet packing can be discussed for shipment requirements. Packaging choices are confirmed with the order.

Engineering checks and next steps

Use Quality and Engineering Checks to prepare measurable acceptance points, or the RFQ checklist to assemble the initial information. Select a mechanism in the application guide if you are unsure which spring page to start with.

Discuss your spring requirement

Send your drawing, sample details or operating requirements through our Contact / RFQ page and tell us what you need the spring to do.
